About Whole Life Wellness™ 

Welcome! I am glad you're here.

Whole Life Wellness™ is a coaching and personal development practice dedicated to helping women—particularly those navigating midlife transitions—reconnect with themselves, realign their lives, restore emotional and spiritual balance and rebuild with clarity, confidence, and intention.  

 

With holistic, culturally responsive support that integrates emotional wellness, mindset transformation, and practical life strategies, I help my clients move from a place of stress, worry and fatigue into an emotionally grounded, spiritually centered life, empowering them to live with purpose, passion and peace. 

 

Life is full of unpredictable transitions - career, finances, relationships, health, death of a loved one and more. Peace isn't the absence of conflict. It is being deeply rooted in the midst of it.

Wellness Workshops

An 8-week personalized, high-touch coaching experience designed to help women reconnect, realign, and take intentional action toward a more aligned life. Clients work one-on-one through the 4R Method™, gaining clarity, addressing internal barriers, and building a practical path forward with consistent support, accountability, and guided reflection.

If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and their purpose, this is the program for you. 
 

A 6-week guided group experience that combines coaching, community, and accountability to support women in creating meaningful life shifts together. Participants move through key phases of the Whole Life Wellness™ framework, gaining insight, shared perspective, and structured action steps—while feeling supported, seen, and encouraged within a trusted circle.

Group coaching themes include emotional awareness, boundaries & balance and spiritual centering. Group sizes are 6-10 women per cohort.   

 

Focused, transformational 90-minute sessions designed to introduce core Whole Life Wellness™ concepts and provide practical tools for immediate application.

Each workshop targets a specific area (such as mindset, emotional wellness, or life alignment), blending reflection, teaching, and guided exercises to create both insight and action in a short, impactful format.
